Delivery tracing

A case decision authorizes a next action; the team still needs proof of what happened. An operation run identifies the source revision and action. Attempts capture retries and provider references. Ordered receipts record each step and its result, including an external acknowledgment when available. The case's delivery reference should point to the confirmed outcome so an Auditor can follow the record back to its source.

Step by step
