Use the event’s identity and Revision to check an action against the current scope. Operation runs.operation key identifies a repeated guarded request. Review decisions.source revision identifies the scope a reviewer decided. Payment evidence.provider event ID and provider reference identify the reported provider effect; Verified marks whether that effect was confirmed. Keep those identifiers through import and correction.
