Integrations

• Payment provider. Bring authorization, capture, refund and void events into payment evidence with provider identifiers and verification state. A local refund preparation is not a completed provider refund.
• Authoritative operation source. When an operation receipt has an external reference, reconcile that reference with the configured source before marking the operation complete.
• Identity service. Map the signed-in user to active People membership and the organization for each guarded action.

Agree which provider event is authoritative, who can mark evidence verified, and how duplicate provider events are identified. Keep the source identity and operation key through retries. If an external outcome is uncertain, retain the receipt for review and investigate it without repeating the execution.
