Step by step

1. Inspect admission Reconciliation Lead

   Reconciliation Lead totals admitted quantities for the selected event.

   • Read linked admission lines and their recorded times.
   • Updates Event RSV ps, Community events

2. Check captures Reconciliation Lead

   Reconciliation Lead matches verified provider captures to the event and admission effects.

   • Read verified captures and compare their amounts and identities.
   • Updates Payment evidence

3. Resolve discrepancy Reconciliation Lead

   Reconciliation Lead compares open receipts with local effects and any authoritative external reference.

   • Mark a mismatch needs review with a reason; complete a receipt only when effects agree.
   • Updates Operation runs, Payment evidence

4. Decide compensation Independent Reviewer

   Independent Reviewer decides a compensating action when executed scope must be reversed.

   • Record an independent decision for the compensating action.
   • Updates Review decisions, Community events
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

5. Close or cancel Event Owner

   Event Owner completes actual finished work or cancels eligible scope while retaining admission history.

   • Move Open to Completed or Cancelled after the appropriate checks.
   • Updates Community events, Operation runs
