Create your account

Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account, then use Proto to configure Community Health Worker App for your care program. Choose a Clinical Coordinator to guide the first operating cycle and a Clinical Governance Administrator to prepare staff access.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Bring a small household list with patient numbers, contact details, current consent state and assigned workers. Add the people and user accounts, then record care assignments and clinician privileges. Schedule a representative household visit. Have the clinician enter an observation and signed note, and have a different reviewer inspect the encounter. Add a follow-up action with a named owner and due date.

Review before release

Check that each record points to the intended household, visit and person. Inspect access as the coordinator, clinician, governance administrator and reviewer. Rehearse a withdrawn consent, a pending privilege, an incomplete note and an escalated follow-up action. If your program exchanges specimens or financial records with another system, confirm those handoffs with the responsible team before expanding the pilot.
