   Clinical Coordinator compares the household's consent state with the specific consent record and follows up on Pending, Expired or Withdrawn entries.

4. Record professional evidence Clinical Governance Administrator

   Clinical Governance Administrator enters privilege type, license details, issuing authority, verification evidence and effective dates for the assigned worker.

5. Verify privilege Clinical Governance Administrator

   Clinical Governance Administrator reviews the evidence and records Verified only when the worker's authority is established.

6. Review care eligibility Clinical Reviewer

   Clinical Reviewer reads the relevant consent, privilege and encounter evidence while the coordinator maintains the visit state.
