• Payment provider. Use its confirmed outcome and reference when finance updates payment evidence for a reservation.
• Outlet scheduling. Confirm restaurant or spa availability with the outlet’s scheduling process before promising a time to the guest.
• Accounting. Agree how posted folio and outlet charges and confirmed receipts move into the property’s financial books.

Assign an owner for each handoff. Keep the booking number and the provider’s reference together so a disputed amount can be traced. A pending payment entry needs an explicit confirmation from its source; checkout alone does not change the payment result. Review who can see financial references in roles and access and rehearse a mismatched amount before live use.
