Keys and references
Events is the parent for Registrations, Admissions, review decisions, record attachments, payment evidence and operation receipts. Its Organization, Owner and Counterparty references point to Organizations, People and Venues. People connects to Users and Organizations. A registration also identifies its organization. Preserve event record numbers, operation keys, provider event identifiers and source revisions when migrating records; they explain later decisions and retries.
Migration order
- Create Organizations and Users, then People and Venues.
- Load Events with their organization, owner and venue references.
- Bring in Registrations and Admissions under the correct event.
- Import review decisions, record attachments, payment evidence and operation receipts with their original event links and evidence identifiers.
- Reconcile event status, capacity, provider evidence and open operation results before opening new work.
