Create your account
Click Get started to create an ERP.AI account and open Conference Management. Invite the people who will own the pilot event, review decisions, coordinate registrations, admit attendees and check provider evidence. Set their access before entering real participant work.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one active organization, one eligible venue and an event with known dates and capacity. Prepare the event, submit it to a different reviewer and record the approval against its current revision. Open registration, submit a representative record and have Registration Reviewer decide it. Reserve admission scope, record arrival and bring in verified provider capture evidence.
Review before release
Compare registration quantity, reserved admission, actual arrival and event capacity. Inspect the operation receipt for the attempted action and verify any external reference at its source. Rehearse a rejected registration and a cancellation with admitted history. Agree who handles each exception before the next event opens.
