Who it's for

Corporate events

A company event often has a small operations team, a venue contact and a finance reviewer who needs a clear account of paid attendance. The event record connects that work through organization, owner, venue, schedule, capacity and status. Supporting attachments can be marked internal or shared, allowing the team to place venue and event evidence where reviewers can find it.

How Conference Management is set up for you

Operating ownership

Assign the event to an organization and a named Event Owner before registrations begin.

Venue check

Use the venue contact, address and eligibility note during approval.

Registration queue

Review submitted registrations independently, with the decision reason and revision retained.

Reconciliation

Check admission lines, provider evidence and operation receipts when the event is complete.

Choose one event with a known start and end, an active venue and a conservative capacity. Let Event Owner prepare it and Event Reviewer inspect the current revision. Once approved, open registration and submit a representative participant record. Registration Reviewer checks quantity against the event and records the decision. Admissions Lead then tests a reservation and an arrival, keeping the two timestamps distinct.

Finance Reviewer should verify a provider capture through the agreed external source, then compare it with the admission effect. If an operation receipt needs review, record the concrete discrepancy rather than guessing that a provider action succeeded. A later venue change provides a useful correction rehearsal: keep the original decision history, review the new event revision and confirm registration staff see the current venue before the next participant arrives.
