How a Construction Project Tracker rollout works
Set up one site cycle, rehearse certificate review and expand with a clear record trail.
Set project context
Add the organization, project, site contact and active team members; confirm the time zone, currency and identity links.
Plan package work
Define package numbering, owners, due dates and budget hours; add task lines with planned hours.
Run a delivery cycle
Record actual hours, completion dates and attachments; review overdue tasks and active packages in Operations Overview.
Review a certificate
Submit a certificate against the package and organization, have a Project Reviewer inspect the revision and evidence, and give a reasoned decision to the Project Coordinator, who maintains the certificate outcome.
Reconcile exceptions
Inspect failed and review-needed operation receipts, then check certificate outcome and persisted effects before broadening use.
What the customer provides
Provide the organizations, project codes, site addresses and contacts, named coordinators and reviewers, starting package scopes, task plans and evidence conventions. Agree how certified values reach finance or payment systems and who reconciles the handoff.
Changing it afterwards
Update project and membership records when ownership changes. Review downstream package and certificate relationships when correcting a project selection. A changed package revision calls for a fresh review where certification depends on that revision. Keep existing decisions, attachments and receipts in the record trail.
