Step by step

1. Prepare certificate Project Coordinator

   Project Coordinator creates a certificate against the correct package and organization, with a revision and the certified work value.

   • Connects the value to the package and organization.
   • Updates Progress certificates, Work packages, Organizations

2. Submit certificate Project Coordinator

   Project Coordinator checks its site, number and supporting package, then changes the certificate from draft to submitted.

   • Places the certificate in the submitted queue.
   • Updates Progress certificates

3. Review certificate Project Reviewer

   Project Reviewer reads task progress and attachments, checks the source revision, and gives an approve, reject or return decision with a reason to the Project Coordinator.

   • Supports an independent decision on the package revision.
   • Updates Progress certificates, Record attachments, Tasks, Work packages
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

4. Record outcome Project Coordinator

   Project Coordinator updates the certificate's approved or rejected status and decision date after the review.

   • Records the certificate result after review.
   • Updates Progress certificates

5. Reconcile evidence Project Reviewer

   Project Reviewer examines any existing operation receipt associated with the same package and expected revision.

   • Checks any persisted operation evidence for the reviewed version.
   • Updates Operation receipts, Progress certificates

Project Coordinator

Prepares and submits the certificate; Project Reviewer makes the independent decision and examines exceptions; Auditor reads the authorized trail.
