Step by step

1. Collect evidence Project Coordinator

   Project Coordinator adds attachments to the package, with a title, evidence type, visibility and upload date.

   • Keeps named files under the package.
   • Updates Record attachments, Work packages

2. Review certificate Project Reviewer

   Project Reviewer examines the relevant attachment and task records for the package revision.

   • Supplies the case for a human decision.
   • Updates Progress certificates, Tasks, Record attachments
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

3. Record outcome Project Coordinator

   Project Coordinator updates the certificate after the Project Reviewer gives a reasoned approve, reject or return decision.

   • Records the reviewed certificate status and decision date.
   • Updates Progress certificates, Work packages

4. Inspect operation result Project Reviewer

   Project Reviewer checks any associated receipt's expected revision and result state against the certificate outcome.

   • Compares any persisted effect with the reviewed version.
   • Updates Operation receipts, Progress certificates

5. Resolve exception Project Reviewer

   Project Reviewer follows up on a failed or review-needed receipt using its failure reason and effect references.

   • Identifies what failed or needs review.
   • Updates Operation receipts, Review decisions

Project Coordinator

Prepares attachments; Project Reviewer decides and reconciles operation evidence; Auditor reads the authorized trail.
