Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Download Proto and describe the first cluster, service and workload your team wants to manage. Name the people who own the service, respond to incidents and review changes.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a production and a test cluster, then record a dated workload observation in each. Link one service and its relevant assets. Rehearse a production readiness gap: assign the incident, add an attributed update, review a proposed change and compare the later observation with the earlier one.
- Bring cluster names, environments, providers and accountable people.
- Bring service names, criticality, owners and asset tags.
- Bring a workload and namespace with observed desired and ready replica figures.
- Bring a sample provider event if external intake will be configured.
Review before release
Check that the observation belongs to the intended cluster and the incident to the intended service and asset. Confirm that the Change Approver sees the risk, schedule and rollback plan before deciding. Rehearse a rejection, a rollback and a failed receipt. Ask the next responder to explain the current state from the recorded observations and updates, then release the reviewed configuration.
