   Platform Operator carries out approved work and records its verified or rolled-back outcome.

   • Compare outcome with measured workload state
   • Updates Changes, Deployment observations, Clusters

4. Close incident Incident Responder

   Incident Responder checks the actual service outcome before resolving and closing related incident work.

   • Record service resolution
   • Updates Incidents, Incident updates

Platform Operator

Prepares and implements the plan.

Change Approver

Decides approval.

Incident Responder

Owns related incident closure, and Service Owner checks service impact.
