• Document storage. Choose where the executed file lives and how its link is retained on the envelope record.
• Notification delivery. Choose how renewal notices and other contract communications are sent and how the outcome is recorded.

Assign an owner to reconcile provider outcomes with the corresponding contract and envelope. Agree how to handle declined, voided and expired envelopes. Keep operation outcomes and evidence links attached to the agreement they concern. Review the connection using a sample signature before treating an agreement as active.
