How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Core Banking System for your business. Begin with one organization, an active provider relationship, a few accounts and a rehearsed instruction through review and reconciliation.
Who can approve an instruction?
An Independent Treasury Approver decides through the guarded action on the frozen revision. The preparer cannot approve their own submission.
When is an instruction confirmed?
It is confirmed after verified provider confirmation or settlement evidence is attached to the instruction. Submission and a provider reference identify work in progress.
How are provider-held accounts represented?
Each financial account keeps its provider, external account identifier, currency, active state and counterparty owner. Debit and credit scopes link instructions to the accounts they affect.
What happens when an application is approved?
The internal decision is recorded against the submitted revision. Completion follows only when the provider has actually authorized the account request.
How is a provider movement matched?
The movement must agree with a confirmed instruction on the same account, exact amount and confirmed occurrence date. A difference remains open for investigation.
Can a confirmed instruction be corrected?
Use the guarded correction or cancellation route. Keep earlier review decisions and verified provider evidence, and check the provider’s actual effect before treating a correction as final.
What if a provider submission times out?
Inspect the operation receipt, provider reference and later evidence before deciding whether further action is needed. Completion verification reads recorded effects without sending the instruction again.
Can an administrator approve treasury work?
App Administrator maintains organization configuration and membership. That role does not carry independent approval or execution authority.
How can an auditor follow a transaction?
Auditor has scoped read-only access to the instruction, decisions, evidence, reconciliation items and operation receipts needed to inspect its history.
