Prepare the first operating cycle
Enter a provider counterparty and active financial accounts with verified external identifiers. Add a dated opening snapshot. Prepare one instruction with debit and credit account scopes, attach its supporting request and submit the frozen revision for review. Connect the provider response and matching movement to the same account.
Review before release
Have the approver rehearse a valid and rejected decision. Check a delayed provider response, a mismatched reconciliation item and an operation receipt with a missing effect. Confirm the Auditor can trace the history without executing an action. Agree who investigates each exception before adding more accounts or providers.
