How a Core Banking System rollout works
Set up operating scope, rehearse decisions and verify provider evidence.
Define scope
Select an organization, active team members, their roles and the first provider relationships.
Prepare accounts
Verify counterparty eligibility, provider-held account identifiers and an opening dated snapshot.
Rehearse decisions
Run one instruction and one account application through independent review with separate users.
Connect outcomes
Trace provider identifiers, confirmation evidence and reconciliation movements to the same accounts.
Review exceptions
Test a mismatch, a delayed provider result and a receipt needing review before widening the operating scope.
What the customer provides
Provide the organization and team roster, provider contacts, account identifiers, authorized approval policy, sample instruction requests, provider notices and dated account snapshots. Choose who may investigate exceptions and who approves corrections. Make the provider’s event identity and time-zone interpretation explicit.
Changing it afterwards
Add counterparties and accounts through controlled setup. A changed instruction revision needs a new independent decision. Retain historical decisions and verified evidence when correcting authorized work, and check provider effects before treating any local change as final.
