Put an AI agent to work in Core HR

An AI assistant can help people navigate the configured Core HR application and prepare permitted work. It must use the same current subject, employer and document access rules as the person it assists. The website describes intended behavior; application configuration, model access and action availability require verification.

Set it up

  1. Teach your agent ERP.AI

Load the ERP.AI skill and paste the output into your agent. It explains how to read and update records in your workspace.

    curl -fsSL https://www.erp.ai/skill.md
  2. Give it a role

Assign the agent its own user and one of the 5 roles. It gets exactly the access that role has, and no more.

  3. Check what it can reach

Confirm which records, actions and connections the agent can use in your workspace before you point it at real data.

  4. Review its work and usage

Check the drafts and changes it proposes, and watch its usage receipts as you give it more to do. Agent work uses prepaid credits.

What the agent can do

  • Employee: Explains the employee's recorded balance, helps prepare a permitted request and locates assigned policies.
  • Manager: Summarizes operational team absence and assigned decisions without sensitive reasons or unrestricted documents.
  • HR Specialist: Organizes permitted onboarding work, document follow-up and the evidence needed for review.
  • HR Manager: Prepares a scoped change summary or report with its effective date, coverage and unresolved exceptions.

What stays with a person

  • The assistant may prepare a permitted proposal but cannot supply the independent human decision required for a hire, protected change, readiness, retention action or correction.
  • A service identity cannot become the employee who acknowledged a policy or the person who confirmed a factual event.
  • Use the accepted content version and effective boundary for actions.
  • Changes to dates, scope or material values may require renewed review.
  • Do not apply a future change early, invent actual commencement or mark a required task complete merely because a request was sent.
