Bring the records and decisions
Prepare your employee and organization sources, dated employment history, position assignments, leave policies and balances, document requirements and joining/leaving checklists. Note unresolved provider actions and the systems that own payroll, recruiting, benefits and accounts. Review [implementation](/core-hr-hrms/implementation) and [pricing](/core-hr-hrms/pricing) to scope migration, access and acceptance work.
-
3
Agree the implementation plan
Use the platform's available contact or onboarding path to discuss your requirements. Agree configuration, connections, responsibilities and evidence for the first release. Start operational work after the scoped application and handoffs have been configured and verified, with the remaining exceptions and ownership clearly recorded.
