How a Corporate Event Planner rollout works

Set up event ownership, approval and admission rules around a pilot event.

  1. Set the operating scope

Load organizations, users, team members and active venues. Confirm time zones, venue contacts and who owns the pilot event.

  2. Prepare the event

Enter its schedule, capacity, venue and budget. Agree who submits the plan and who independently decides it.

  3. Connect evidence

Configure provider payment evidence and the authoritative source used for external receipt references.

  4. Rehearse the gates

Submit and approve the budget and event, then test a changed revision, a repeated admission and an unverified capture.

  5. Close the pilot

Compare admitted quantities with verified captures and resolve receipt exceptions before completing the event.

What the customer provides

Provide organization and venue records, staff user accounts, the event schedule, capacity and named decision makers. Bring the current provider reference format and the person who can verify captures and refunds. Choose one real event for the rehearsal and define the acceptable result for each approval, cancellation and reconciliation case.

Changing it afterwards

When a live event’s schedule or capacity changes, inspect its current revision and linked decisions. Keep admission history and operation receipts intact. If executed scope must be corrected or cancelled, record an independent review of the compensating action and verify the provider result before reporting money movement. The data model and roles pages support a controlled change.
