How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Cosmetic Surgery Practice for your business. Begin with one patient intake, a consultation, purpose-specific consent and a follow-up task.
Can we track both consultations and procedure visits?
Yes. Record a visit type on each consultation and use the same patient, clinician, schedule and status structure for the care episode.
How is consent recorded?
Each consent belongs to a patient and records its purpose, version, document, dates and status. Review the signed document for the purpose of the planned care.
How do clinicians find their work?
My consultations and My follow-up can show records assigned to the clinician. Check the linked patient and visit before entering clinical evidence.
How are clinical notes attributed?
A note links to a consultation and author. Its type, text, signed date and status distinguish Draft, Signed and Amended documentation.
What happens to a specimen after collection?
The specimen record can move through Collected, Received and Tested, or be marked Rejected. Keep its accession number with the encounter.
Can we record prescriptions?
Prescriptions link medication, lot number, quantity, unit and authorizing team member to a consultation.
Who reviews clinician privileges?
Clinical Governance Administrator maintains privilege details and verification evidence. Clinical Reviewer can read them during the care review.
How do we follow up after a visit?
Create a care task for the patient, assign it to a team member and set a due date. Its state shows open, in progress, completed or escalated work.
How are charges and payments related?
A charge belongs to a consultation; a payment belongs to a patient. Reconcile them using the patient, visit and receipt reference.
