How the model is organised
Load planning
Loads carries Organization, Owner, Counterparty, Status, promised delivery at and Revision. Load stops holds ordered stop windows, actuals and proof reference. Organizations, team members and transport partners establish the operating context.
Driver and vehicle assignments
Load assignments connects Load, Driver and Vehicle across starts at and ends at. Drivers supplies eligibility until and external authority. Vehicles supplies equipment class, capacity LB and Readiness, while vehicle defects retains Severity, repair evidence and released at.
Parcel milestones
Parcel scans links Parent and Organization to tracking number, scanned at, package weight LB and scan type. Its Status and Revision describe the evidence acceptance lifecycle separately from the physical milestone.
Independent scan review
Review decisions identifies Parent, source revision, Reviewer, Decision, Reason and operation key for a submitted revision.
Delivery evidence
Loads.actual pickup at and Loads.actual delivery at record actual service. Load stops carries actual arrival at, actual departure at and proof reference. Record attachments preserves the evidence files and their uploader.
Exceptions and reconciliation
Operation receipts retains expected revision, result state, external reference, effect references and failure reason. Exchange rates supplies read-only Currency, effective from and Rate reference data; freight amount USD remains a USD load amount.

Keys and references
The model contains 15 tables. Join by reference fields rather than names or descriptive text. Loads.Owner references team members, and team members.User identifies the platform user. Child Parent references lead to Loads; load assignments uses Load for that relationship.
Tracking number identifies a parcel in its operating context. A provider event identity identifies a particular physical scan and must remain distinguishable from that parcel number. Review decisions.source revision and operation receipts.expected revision retain their separate decision and execution meanings.
Drivers and Vehicles use stable roster codes and external references. Establish their allowed operating scope during setup, then validate assignments through the linked load and authenticated organization. Preserve Users and its platform-managed identity relationship.
Migration order
- Resolve identity and scope. Establish Users, Organizations and team members with their correct platform and organization references.
- Prepare partners and fleet. Load transport partners, Drivers and Vehicles, retaining eligibility and external identities. Bring exchange rates through its approved read-only source.
