Step by step

1. Read the delivery commitment Dispatcher

   Dispatcher checks the load's original promised delivery and the relevant stop window. Read actual pickup and current service status before preparing completion so the final outcome remains connected to the work that occurred.

   • Establish the original promise and stop window

2. Collect recipient evidence Dispatcher

   Obtain the proof reference for the correct recipient handoff and actual delivery time. Admin maintains the relevant stop actuals and proof reference, while Dispatcher prepares the load-level completion evidence.

3. Check whole-load service Dispatcher

   Examine whether the physical delivery was complete. A Delivered parcel scan supports its own milestone; partial or refused service remains an explicit Exception until the remaining operating issue is resolved.

   • Updates Loads, Parcel scans, Record attachments

4. Record delivery Dispatcher

   Move eligible service to Delivered only after recipient proof and actual time are established. Retain the operation receipt and the evidence connecting the completed outcome to the correct load and revision.

5. Review timeliness Transport Supervisor

   Transport Supervisor compares actual delivery with the original promise. Keep late results visible in performance review, and let Auditor trace the timing back to the stop and its proof rather than changing the promise to match the outcome.
