Step by step

   Transport Supervisor reads pending or failed operation receipts and follows their references. Establish which load, expected revision and action are being investigated before considering another execution attempt.

4. Compare actual effects Transport Supervisor

   Check scope, identity, quantities and revision against the linked local records. Look for persisted effects left by a timed-out action and compare them with the authorized work rather than assuming that the timeout means nothing happened.

5. Record the finding Transport Supervisor

   Mark Completed only when the expected effects match. Otherwise leave the operation needing review with the discrepancy explained. Keep the receipt and supporting evidence available for the next shift and for Auditor.
