Step by step

1. Prepare the load Dispatcher

   Dispatcher selects the operating organization, assigned owner and transport partner. Record the promised delivery and freight amount, then check the current revision before requesting any change to the plan.

   • Establish the load's owner and authorized scope
   • Updates Loads, Organizations, Team members, Transport partners

2. Arrange the stops Dispatcher

   Admin maintains the ordered pickup and delivery stops with their addresses and windows. Dispatcher reads that sequence when preparing the handoff and identifies an interval that can support the promised service.

   • Record ordered stop windows
   • Updates Load stops, Loads

3. Check the assignment Admin

   Admin selects the driver and vehicle for the occupied interval. Transport Supervisor examines eligibility, equipment, capacity and defect evidence. Reject overlapping driver or vehicle commitments and open critical defects before planning succeeds.

   • Confirm an eligible nonoverlapping interval
   • Updates Load assignments, Drivers, Vehicles, Vehicle defects

4. Plan the load Dispatcher

   Move eligible Draft work to Planned through the guarded planning action. Retain the stable operation identity and result so an equivalent retry returns the original outcome without duplicating its effects.

   • Record Planned and the durable action result
   • Updates Loads, Operation receipts

5. Confirm physical pickup Dispatcher

   Dispatcher obtains actual pickup evidence and records the actual pickup time before dispatch. Move the load through Dispatched and into transit only as the physical evidence supports it, retaining the original promised delivery time.

   • Record actual pickup before dispatch
   • Updates Loads, Load stops, Record attachments, Operation receipts
