Independent review
Transport Supervisor decides submitted scan revisions through the authorized review procedure. Keep the preparer separate from the reviewer and check the current revision when recording a decision.
Organization and rosters
App Administrator maintains organizations, team membership, transport partners, drivers and vehicles. Use stable codes and references when updating these records.
Supporting operations
Admin maintains stop plans, assignment intervals and vehicle defect evidence within authorized scope. Coordinate changes with the load owner and preserve the evidence behind an existing commitment.
Audit access
Auditor reads authorized operating evidence and reports. Seeing a scan, decision or unresolved operation does not grant authority to change its outcome.
