The Quote Specialist identifies the affected quote and the requested correction. The Pricing Reviewer examines the receipt, priced lines and review history before deciding what work has already executed.
The Quote Specialist uses the guarded correction action for unexecuted draft scope. Accepted scope requires a compensating action that retains the earlier evidence and identifies the change the team intends to make.
The independent Pricing Reviewer approves the compensating action for executed scope. The decision must belong to the authorized case and cannot be replaced by deleting the earlier acceptance or operation history.
The Pricing Reviewer invokes reconciliation or inspects its scheduled results. The action compares pending and exception receipts with local quote evidence. It records Completed only with support, or routes a discrepancy to Needs review with a concrete failure reason.
