Submit appliance and utility details for an independent package decision and controlled completion.

  5. Inspect the outcome Auditor

Where it usually breaks

And how to keep it from happening.

  • Vague utility information. Agree the site information needed before submission and identify who obtains it from the customer.
  • Mixed decisions. Package approval is a readiness decision. The commercial quote still needs its own independent decision and customer acceptance.
  • Deadline confusion. Explain the required-by date to the team so it is not mistaken for an installation appointment.
