Price and review the equipment offer

Turn the current draft into a priced revision and an independent commercial decision.

Step by step

Where it usually breaks

And how to keep it from happening.

  • Discount interpretation. The line discount is a USD amount. Agree how staff translate a negotiated discount into that entry.
  • Self-review. The preparer must not use the review action to approve their own work. Rehearse the separation with real accounts.
  • Old revisions. Refuse a decision prepared against an earlier version of the equipment list; record the decision against the current source revision.
