Record the rack type, power demand in kW, rack units and required date. Link the configuration to the quote and attach the requirement evidence the reviewer will examine.

For each line, multiply quantity by the unit price in USD and subtract the line discount in USD. Add the intended revision’s line nets into the quote total and check the price book reference before requesting review.

Configure the Pricing Reviewer to decide the eligible revision independently of its owner. The decision retains the source revision and a reason so the team can explain the judgment later.

The reviewer records a useful reason and the Quote Specialist follows the agreed correction procedure. Check the revised line set and supporting evidence before requesting another decision.

The Quote Specialist checks that the customer accepts the approved, unexpired revision, then records the acceptance date and supporting response through the configured procedure.

Set up the downstream order connection and its line mapping during implementation. Inspect the operation receipt and the real external reference before reporting that the handoff completed.

Open Operation Exceptions and compare the receipt with the accepted quote revision and target response. Keep an unavailable connection Pending and investigate before repeating the request.

Choose Internal or Shared visibility deliberately and test access with the normal reader accounts. Agree which files may be used for customer-facing delivery during setup.
