The Pricing Reviewer checks the quote, its relevant line detail and the source revision on the review decision. Compare external and effect references with the actual result. A receipt should explain what happened to the intended offer, including any discrepancy that still needs attention.
The Pricing Reviewer marks the operation Completed only when matching evidence supports that result under the configured procedure. Otherwise, record a concrete reason for further review. Reconciliation should preserve the commercial record while exposing the unresolved issue.
If executed scope needs a compensating action, the Quote Specialist prepares the request and the Pricing Reviewer approves it under the agreed correction procedure. Preserve the original accepted quote and its decisions while checking the outcome of the authorized follow-up.
