Quote Specialist requests handoff for the expected Accepted quote revision. The action reads its immutable lines and checks the downstream connection. A stable key identifies the handoff for that quote revision.
Quote Specialist checks the receipt's result state, external reference and any failure reason. Without a connection the result stays Pending. Coordinate an unresolved outcome with the connection owner before claiming order completion.
Quote Specialist uses the correction or cancellation action when authorized scope changes. Unexecuted Draft scope can be canceled. Accepted scope requires a compensating action with its original evidence retained.
Pricing Reviewer approves the compensating action for Accepted scope. Keep the reason and operation history linked to the original commitment. Resolve the downstream consequences through the agreed order connection.
Pricing Reviewer oversees reconciliation of pending or failed receipts and receipts needing review against the local quote, lines and review decisions. Supporting evidence can establish Completed. A discrepancy is flagged for review with a concrete reason. Reconciliation never repeats an external effect.
