Quote Specialist records the power supply, cycle rate, safety option and required date in a Draft configuration linked to the quote. Check the selling organization and current configuration revision. Attach the customer's supporting requirements to the parent quote for the reviewer to read.
Quote Specialist submits the configuration through the guarded action. The request checks scope and expected revision before moving the configuration from Draft to Submitted. Preserve the request's revision so the decision can address the same operating requirement.
Pricing Reviewer examines the submitted requirement independently and approves or rejects it. A valid decision records the decision date and moves the configuration to Approved or Rejected. The preparer cannot supply the independent decision on their own submitted request.
Quote Specialist follows the approved configuration through its guarded completion action. The configuration moves from Approved to Completed. Its completion leaves the quote's commercial status and net USD amount unchanged; the pricing process handles commercial line changes separately.
Auditor checks the configuration revision, decision date and operation evidence. Quote Specialist follows any rejected requirement through the authorized correction procedure before requesting another decision. Keep the resulting configuration connected to the offer the customer will receive.
