Acceptance and handoff
Quotes retains accepted at and net amount USD. Operation receipts references Parent and records the operation identity, expected revision, result and external evidence.

Keys and references
Keep quote record number distinct from its Id. Resolve the current user through team members.User before applying an Owner filter. Customer, owner and quote must be interpreted within their organization scope.
Quote lines, device offer requirements, review decisions, operation receipts and record attachments all reference Quotes through Parent. Record attachments has a quote parent; use that explicit relationship when organizing evidence. A decision’s source revision and an operation’s expected revision identify the scope being examined. Version and Revision are separate fields and need an agreed interpretation during setup.
Migration order
- Establish Users and active Organizations, then map team members to accounts and organizations.
- Load Customers with their organization, contact details and eligibility notes.
- Load Quotes with valid owner and customer references, then quote lines and device offer requirements with their correct Parent values.
- Link record attachments to the quote and uploader while retaining visibility and evidence type.
- Preserve review decisions and operation receipts as historical evidence with their original revisions and operation keys. Load read-only exchange rates through the authorized source process.
