Pricing Reviewer approves an acceptable revision, rejects an offer that should not proceed, or returns it for correction. The guarded action checks independence, stale revision and expiry while retaining the decision reason and receipt evidence.
Quote Specialist follows the draft and pricing path for the requested correction. A changed amount or quantity needs a new review of the resulting current revision before the offer proceeds.
Quote Specialist records acceptance of the approved revision within the eligible validity period. The quote moves to Accepted with the accepted time and value; internal approval alone does not supply this customer decision.
Quote Specialist identifies the accepted quote and its immutable lines for the downstream connection. Auditor can follow the decision and operation evidence for that same scope.
