Solar design inputs reference Organization and Parent, with site address, required by, panel count, design KW and their own Revision and Status.
Independent review
Review decisions link Parent to Quotes and Reviewer to team members, retaining source revision, Decision, Reason and operation key.
Acceptance and handoff
Quotes retain accepted at. Operation receipts reference Parent and preserve expected revision, result state, operation key and any external reference or effect references.
Evidence and reconciliation
Record attachments link to Quotes through Parent and team members through uploaded by. Exchange rates retain Currency, effective from and Rate as read-only effective-rate data.

Keys and references
Preserve existing record identities when importing or extending the app. Customer and organization Code values support business reconciliation, while Quotes.record number identifies the commercial record for the team. Resolve Owner through team members and its User reference before implementing My Quotes.
Operation key identifies a guarded operation. Accepted handoffs use the quote ID and revision in a stable key. Source revision on review decisions must be compared with the quote revision under consideration. A design record has its own revision; its approval does not update the parent’s economic state.
Quote amounts are stored in USD. Organizations.Currency and exchange rates provide separate currency context; configure any conversion with an explicit effective-date rule. Required by on solar design inputs is a due date, distinct from an installation interval.
Migration order
- Establish Users and Organizations, then verify team members membership and user mappings.
- Load Customers with the correct Organization and eligibility context.
- Prepare Quotes with valid Owner, Counterparty and Organization references.
- Load quote lines and solar design inputs against their intended Parent and revision.
- Link record attachments with the correct uploader and visibility.
- Import historical review decisions and operation receipts only with their original revisions and evidence; preserve their operation identities.
