How a Credit Scoring Engine rollout works
Set up access, migrate case context and rehearse decisions and provider follow-up.
Define scope
Choose the first organization, applicant cases, staff assignments and provider account references.
Set access
Assign Operations Manager, Credit Reviewer, Auditor and App Administrator responsibilities, then test independent review.
Load context
Bring in applicant identities, applications, attachments and any relevant provider references while preserving case numbers.
Rehearse decisions
Run an approval, referral and decline against submitted revisions and inspect the decision history.
Rehearse provider follow-up
Compare confirmation evidence, repayment receipts and provider movements, including a mismatch.
Review release
Check who can change each record and how the team investigates an exception before expanding use.
What the customer provides
Provide organization and staff owners, applicant and case records, supporting documents, the provider account identifiers and a representative set of provider events. Name the people who will prepare, review and audit cases. Agree on reason code conventions and who decides whether an event supports confirmation.
Changing it afterwards
A new provider or organization should be piloted with its own identifiers and access checks. Preserve earlier decisions and evidence when correcting a case. Compare a new provider event with its original reference before treating it as another effect. Return to roles and data model when the operating scope changes.
