Credit operations service teams
A service team managing application operations for several organizations needs a clear boundary around each case. Parties identifies the organization, Applicants identifies the requesting party, and the application records the work itself. Staff can prepare the case while an independent reviewer owns the decision. Provider evidence and movements give the team a follow-up trail after authorization.
How Credit Scoring Engine is set up for you

Keep each applicant and case under the intended organization.
Preparation
Record amount, purpose, requested date and supporting documents.

Choose two organizations with separate applicant records. Give Operations Manager a case in each organization and confirm that assignments and reviewer access respect the intended scope. Submit one case for approval and one for referral. Reconcile a provider movement to the approved case by event identifier, account and amount. Leave a movement with an inconsistent account in the exception queue for Credit Reviewer.
During setup, decide who maintains organization and people records and who can view audit material. Preserve earlier decisions when a case is corrected. Test the same provider event twice so staff can identify a repeat without inventing a second receipt. Use the resulting case trail to explain the decision and provider follow-up to the owning organization.
Features to start with
Roles on the team
- Operations Manager
- Prepare assigned operational records and execute eligible reviewed actions. Own organization and draft scope only; accepted, posted and provider evidence is read-only; guarded workflows authorize every transition.
- Credit Reviewer
- Review eligible application revisions independently and reconcile operational evidence. Approve or reject through guarded actions only; no unrestricted editing of protected or executed records; a reviewer cannot approve their own submission.
- Auditor
- Read authorized evidence and reports in a scoped, read-only audit view. No record writes and no action execution.
- App Administrator
- Maintain organization configuration and membership. Administrative membership does not confer approval, financial or execution authority and cannot grant an independent reviewer entitlement.
