Embedded finance teams
A team handling credit requests alongside another product can keep applicant identity, application purpose and provider event references together. The operating organization owns the case, while an assigned person prepares it and an independent reviewer records the decision. The case trail helps staff distinguish a request received from a provider result confirmed.
How Credit Scoring Engine is set up for you
Applicant context
Keep the contact, organization and eligibility note with the applicant record.
Assigned work
Give each request a case number, amount, purpose and responsible person.
Reviewer outcome
Preserve the decision, reasons, reviewer and source revision.
Provider records
Compare account snapshots, movement identifiers and confirmation evidence with the application.
A team handling credit requests alongside another product can keep applicant identity, application purpose and provider event references together. The operating organization owns the case, while an assigned person prepares it and an independent reviewer records the decision. The case trail helps staff distinguish a request received from a provider result confirmed.
Pilot one organization and a provider account belonging to one applicant. Create a new application with an assigned Operations Manager and supporting attachment. Have Credit Reviewer record a decision against the current revision. Capture a provider event and check whether it belongs to that application before recording confirmation. Bring in a movement with a matching provider event identifier and leave a deliberately mismatched movement as an exception.
Agree how external applicant and account identifiers are mapped to the records. Keep the provider's instruction and event references stable across repeated messages. A duplicate should lead staff to the existing case or receipt, while a changed provider amount should trigger investigation. Decide who can inspect internal attachments and who may see shared ones before expanding to more organizations.

Roles on the team
- Operations Manager
- Prepare assigned operational records and execute eligible reviewed actions. Own organization and draft scope only; accepted, posted and provider evidence is read-only; guarded workflows authorize every transition.
- Credit Reviewer
- Review eligible application revisions independently and reconcile operational evidence. Approve or reject through guarded actions only; no unrestricted editing of protected or executed records; a reviewer cannot approve their own submission.
- Auditor
- Read authorized evidence and reports in a scoped, read-only audit view. No record writes and no action execution.
- App Administrator
- Maintain organization configuration and membership. Administrative membership does not confer approval, financial or execution authority and cannot grant an independent reviewer entitlement.
