How a Cricket / Sports Association rollout works

Set up an operating cycle from fixture planning to reconciliation.

  1. Prepare reference records

Establish teams, active members, venues, time zones and the people who own review.

  2. Configure a fixture

Select a representative event, venue, schedule and capacity. Agree when it moves through review to open.

  3. Rehearse registration

Submit a player registration, record an independent decision and check the completion conditions.

  4. Run admission

Create a reservation line and record an actual arrival once.

  5. Reconcile

Compare admitted quantity with verified provider evidence, investigate receipt exceptions and close the fixture.

What the customer provides

Provide the team and venue directory, fixture schedule, responsible members, capacity policy and reviewer assignments. Identify the authoritative payment provider and the event identity used to match its evidence to a fixture. Decide how staff identify an attendee at the gate and what evidence accompanies a review request.

Changing it afterwards

Revise a fixture through its current Revision and check linked registrations, admissions and decisions before changing scope. Return a changed fixture to review when the earlier decision no longer covers it. Keep operation receipts and admitted history when an event is cancelled.
