Integrations

Agree the storefront, customer communication and evidence connections that support the account team's work.

  • E-commerce CRM
  • Storefront or order system
  • Email and customer communication
  • Product information source
  • Document or signing service

Systems to connect

  • Storefront or order system. If customer and order context comes from another system, agree the account mapping and how order references and quantities reach the retention team. Keep the system that owns the transaction identifiable.
  • Email and customer communication. Choose the process used to deliver proposals and carry out approved contact. Map actual delivery evidence separately from the relationship activity recorded in the CRM.
  • Product information source. Agree who maintains catalog SK us, active state and USD list prices if those details come from another product system.
  • Document or signing service. Keep proposal documents and signature-related evidence in the chosen service, using reference links and access rules that the authorized team can follow.

How connections are governed

Name the owner of each connection and agree organization, account and opportunity mapping before importing customer records. Rehearse changed and repeated source information so it does not create ambiguous customer relationships or conflicting order references.

An external reference should identify a real source or result. Confirm access to linked documents with the intended reader. Investigate a failed or uncertain operation through the evidence from the action and its responsible external service; a CRM receipt alone should not be used to claim email delivery, payment or fulfillment.
