How a Law Firms CRM rollout works

Set up firm identity, ownership, intake review and evidence with a real prospect case.

  1. Establish the firm

Enter Organizations, Users and team members, then confirm active membership and role access.

  2. Prepare clients

Enter Accounts under the correct firm organization and agree how eligibility notes are maintained.

  3. Run a prospect case

Create an Opportunities record with owner and counterparty, then record a relationship activities follow-up.

  4. Rehearse review

Assign decision access, then draft and submit a matter intake, record a review decision and attach the evidence the reviewer needs.

  5. Check exceptions

Inspect a failed or needs-review operation receipts record and agree who reconciles it.

What the customer provides

Provide the firm organizations, client account list, team roster, a representative prospect matter and the people who will review it. Agree the practice-area wording, how eligibility notes are used and when an attachment is Shared. Use genuine role accounts for the rehearsal, including an auditor and an owner who should not make the independent decision.

Changing it afterwards

When the firm changes its intake procedure, revise the operating convention and rerun the affected case. Preserve prior decisions and receipts. Check references before importing additional accounts or prospects. Get started with a small operating cycle and use roles to review access.
