Create your account

Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account and open CRM for Nonprofits. Name the Admin who will set the operating organization and team access. Keep the first group small enough to inspect each relationship and decision together.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Select a constituent with a real contact and a current funding conversation. Create its opportunity with an owner, expected close date, value and next step. Add the funding case lines and one follow-up. Prepare the proposal before qualification. When qualification moves the opportunity to Qualified, check the logged activity and receipt, then confirm proposal submission advances it to Proposal with an email activity and another receipt. Enter a pledge with its purpose, amount and support reference. Have a separate reviewer inspect it before submission triggers the pledge review workflow.

Review before release

Read the constituent, opportunity, case lines, follow-up, pledge, review decision and operation receipts as one case. Check access from each person’s role. Confirm the Relationship Overview shows the expected pipeline and open work. Correct the record links and review assignments before adding the rest of the portfolio.
