How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure CRM for Photography for your business. Pilot one real inquiry through qualification, quote approval and a confirmed booking.

Where does a new customer request go?

Record it as an inquiry with its source, customer and contact names, owner and first follow-up. Check for an existing client and contact before linking the inquiry to an opportunity.

How does the studio see open work?

Booking Pipeline shows opportunities by stage with value, weighted forecast and overdue next actions. The owner also uses the open opportunity and due activity lists.

Who approves an offer?

Studio Manager reviews a submitted quote and records the approval or rejection decision before the offer is sent.

Can a returning client be reused?

Yes. Match the customer and contact to existing records and keep the source inquiry linked to the booking opportunity.

How is a quote connected to an order?

The accepted quote and its revision remain on the quote record; the booking links to its source quote and customer.

What happens after booking approval?

The order follows its fulfillment route and booking items through delivery and invoicing. Studio Manager and Finance Manager review their respective handoffs.

Can we sell sessions and physical products?

Products include Sessions & Services, Digital Files, Prints, Albums and Frames & Accessories families. Select the active products and prices that match your studio.

How do galleries and scheduling connect?

Choose the gallery delivery and scheduling systems during implementation, then agree how their dates and outcomes connect to the customer order.
