Create your account

Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Identify the people who will own inquiries, prepare offers, approve prices and review invoices. Use Proto to configure the first studio workflow with those owners.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Bring one current customer request, a returning customer, a representative session and product offer, and an accepted quote. Set the customer matching rule, select active products and prices, and name the manager for quote and booking approval. Then work the inquiry through the Booking Pipeline and a dated follow-up.

Review before release

Check that the customer, contact and opportunity links match the opportunity; the offered prices match the approved quote; and the booking points to the accepted revision. Studio Manager reviews the order and delivery request. Finance Manager checks the invoice handoff. Record corrections before the team expands the pilot.
