How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure CRM for Real Estate for your business. Begin with an eligible account, a representative property and distinct Relationship Owner and Sales Manager identities. Rehearse qualification, visit review and a customer outcome before expanding the scope.

What belongs to the opportunity?

The opportunity identifies the account, brokerage organization and assigned owner. Activities, attachments, visit records, review decisions and operation receipts keep the commercial history connected to that parent.

How is a property listing maintained?

App Administrator maintains the property code, address, type, USD asking price and recorded owner consent. Listing status is separate from the opportunity’s commercial stage and the visit’s completion state.

What is needed to submit a property visit?

Relationship Owner supplies the address, visit time, asking price and feedback for the current revision. The visit also identifies the intended opportunity, property and viewing reservation before it moves from Draft to Submitted.

Who can inspect the viewing schedule?

Sales Manager and Auditor can inspect stored reservations within authorized scope. The schedule shows the property, agent and opportunity with start, end and expiry. Agree the reservation action and its access during setup.

Who reviews a visit or proposal?

Sales Manager independently decides eligible revisions through guarded actions. The preparer cannot supply their own independent approval, and the reviewer’s table access remains read-only outside those actions.

When should an opportunity enter Negotiation?

Use Negotiation only when negotiation has actually started. Proposal submission records the scope and next activity with its independent decision; it does not automatically establish a negotiation event.

What makes an opportunity Won or Lost?

Relationship Owner submits verified acceptance or loss evidence. An eligible independent Sales Manager verifies the exact revision before recording Won with its date or Lost with a reason. Earlier expected value and activity evidence remain available.

What happens if a successful action is repeated?

Guarded actions use an operation identity and revision checks to retain the original outcome without another effect. Investigate the existing receipt when a response is uncertain rather than treating a retry as a new business event.

Can an executed outcome be corrected?

The authorized correction path requires a reason and current revision. Executed scope needs Sales Manager approval of the compensating action, which remains Pending until the required downstream confirmation exists. Earlier evidence is preserved.

How are disputed operation results handled?

Read-first reconciliation compares the receipt’s declared revision and claim with linked local effects. A genuine match supports completion; a discrepancy receives a review reason. The check does not repeat the original commercial action.
