How a Real Estate CRM rollout works
Rehearse a buyer or seller relationship through viewing evidence, proposal review and a verified outcome.
Agree the pilot relationship
Choose the brokerage organization, an eligible account and a representative property. Name distinct Relationship Owner and Sales Manager participants, and agree the expected-value convention.
Prepare access and listing context
Admin establishes platform account access. App Administrator maintains memberships, account eligibility and the property listing with recorded owner consent. Check role access using the real participant accounts.
Qualify from evidence
Record the initial conversation and qualify the current opportunity. Test a missing outcome and stale revision before relying on the guarded path.
Rehearse the viewing
Agree the reservation action, time-zone handling and access. Inspect the selected property, agent and viewing window, then submit the visit with address, asking price and feedback. Have Sales Manager review a returned-and-corrected case as well as a valid case.
Review commercial decisions
Submit the current proposal scope and next activity. Record negotiation only when it actually begins. Close separate acceptance and loss cases through independent review, preserving earlier expected value and activity history.
Verify corrections and receipts
Rehearse executed-scope compensation that remains Pending before downstream confirmation. Reconcile a matching receipt and a real discrepancy, then confirm that a repeated request creates no duplicate effect. Release the agreed scope when the team can explain the results.
What the customer provides
Bring the organization and account details, named staff identities and a representative listing with its consent information. Supply examples of qualification evidence, visit feedback, proposal scope and customer acceptance or loss evidence. Identify the person responsible for viewing coordination and any external listing or completion handoff.
Agree the time zone for viewing windows and the currency basis of the visit’s asking-price entry. Use the data model to preserve identities and relationships during migration.
Changing it afterwards
Rehearse changes to property sources, role scope or viewing coordination against the same positive and negative cases. Preserve earlier commercial evidence when correcting executed scope. Keep configuration maintenance separate from review authority, and test an unrelated organization before expanding access.
