How the model is organised

Activity and Evidence

Relationship activities and record attachments reference the opportunity through Parent. Record attachments.uploaded by identifies a team members record.

Subscription Reviews

Subscription reviews carries subscription ID, renewal date, recurring monthly value and usage seats alongside its Parent and Organization links.

Independent Review

Keys and references

Preserve the published identifiers and existing reference targets. Accounts.Code and Organizations.Code are business identifiers; confirm their mapping during migration. Opportunities.record number is the human reference for a sale. Subscription ID is text on subscription reviews, so agree how it maps to the customer’s subscription system. Repeated review rows can carry the same subscription identifier.

Users.User is a self-reference and team members.User resolves a member to their user. My Opportunities must resolve the signed-in user through that membership before comparing Opportunities.Owner. A view filter supplements server permissions; it does not grant access.

Exchange rates has ID, Currency, effective from, Rate and Overridden. Establish any conversion rule before using those values to compare recurring amounts. Preserve the original recurring values and the reporting basis used for each analysis.

Migration order

  1. Establish Organizations and Users, preserving user identities and self-reference mappings.
  2. Link team members to Organizations and Users; confirm active membership and role scope.
  3. Load Accounts with organization links, stable codes and eligibility context.
  4. Load Opportunities with Owner and Counterparty references resolved.
  5. Link relationship activities, record attachments and subscription reviews to their parent opportunities.
  6. Preserve review decisions and operation receipts as evidence with original revisions and operation keys. Load exchange rates from the agreed read-only source when needed.
